Can I sell prescription products in my store?
No. Prescription medications aren't stocked or sold over your counter. Customers complete an online intake, an independent licensed provider reviews it, and if treatment is prescribed, the medication ships from a licensed pharmacy to the patient's door. Your store promotes the program and the brand.
Can I bundle my supplements with a program?
You can sell OTC supplements on the same storefront and checkout as your programs, including a white-labeled line under your brand that's fulfilled for you, and customers can add them to auto-ship. Anything prescription still requires provider review and ships only if prescribed, so we'll walk you through how to package offers compliantly.
Do I need LegitScript certification?
If you want to advertise prescription programs on major ad platforms, certification is generally required. Sylaris OS includes expedited LegitScript support to help you prepare and apply. Certification decisions are made by LegitScript.
Can I run ads on Meta and Google?
Yes, within each platform's healthcare policies. Ads for prescription treatments typically require LegitScript certification and careful wording: no outcome promises, before-and-after images or guaranteed prescriptions. Ads for your own-label OTC products and your brand follow different rules. Templates start from compliant copy and locked safety sections.
Do I need a medical license or pharmacist on staff?
No. Clinical services come from independent licensed providers in the Sylaris OS network, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. You build and market the brand.
Do I have to stock or ship my own-label supplements?
No. White-labeled OTC supplement fulfillment means online orders for your branded line are fulfilled and shipped for you, including auto-ship subscriptions.
